Everything was nice. Amazing location really close to restaurants, shopping, a theater, gas stations, and multiple restaurants and other activities. Affable staff.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, they make a lot of meals. We had updated rooms with an enormous king sized bed and mini fridge, as example and the staff were hospitable and respectful.

The food was outstanding and the bar was good.

The stay was really nice for one night. The hotel's location was excellent, very close to everything. Cracker Barrel for dinner was within a 10-minute walking distance.

We requested a cot online when we booked our room, we were told the previous weekend to call early so that we could get a cot, but they were all taken even though we requested a couple weeks prior and we called and arrived early.

Comfortable location - just off restaurants and shopping and a theater and downtown where there were a number of great restaurants. The staff were attentive, exceptionally courteous and helped me with free parking. A nice size and updated room with central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen TV for a very good stay.

The room was a good size and had a pull-out couch, which was super handy. Plus, being close to the movie theater was a real treat!

Was in town for a funeral. Staff was very kind. The head of breakfast even gave our family acard expressing her sympathy. Tried to get all 6 rooms for our family together.

The room was very nice, also the common area in the lobby was nice to use even in the evening. The tub/shower was really nice as it had extra wide ledges to place soap and toiletries. Liked that the place was far enough away from I -40 so did not hear the noise. Nice pool, too!

To the left of the A/C unit there was a large cobweb that indicates the cleaning people did not clean that area, even while we were there. Also, the bottom of the shower curtain had some mold/mildew spots - the curtain should have been replaced.

Spacious room, big ol' king bed, mini fridge, comfy pull-out sofa, and the folks here are super friendly. Plus, the chow is top-notch! 🍔

Felicia, the receptionist, was very professional and so sweet. My husband and I travelled to surprise our grandson from Nasville, TN. He was competing in a cross country meet in Sparta, TN. We had no clue where besides Sparta. Felicia went above and beyond to help us locate the site. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and accessible.

The vanity too tall for short people. (I shower at night and wash my hair in the sink the next morning)

People were great

The room was a little bit noisey. My wife couldn't sleep, but I was so tired I slept like a baby. When I was ready to go, I heard the noise that she was talking about. I believe it was the elevator and it was noisey...get a room down the hall and you rate a 10 of 10!
